  1. I absolutely love horse racing and the thrill of betting on the horses, unfortunately I’ve never had the chance to attend a meet, and have never stepped foot in the stand of a racecourse. With Chester being the nearest track to me (still over an hour away) it’s a great chance for me to finally attend my first meeting.

Probably a sob story worthy of the X Factor this but it was mine & the good lady’s 13th anniversary last week. Both of us have had large outgoings recently so it had to go uncelebrated in any proper sense.Even though we both agreed this was neccessary i could tell she was upset. She loves the chance to get dressed up & make a day of it so this would be a great surprise for me to spring on her.I do like to put a smile on her face when I can & it isn’t easy lately.

  6. I look at your comments and tips every day and think your spot on alot of the time and I’m a girl who bets every day on horses even if just a pound coz I need the buzz of knowing I could win big but even in not winning I just love watching the horses on the tv but have never been to a race course and have always dreamed of it, maybe I’ll go one day but if it’s Chester it would be the best buzz ever, I have 6 kids and do alot day to day and would love to get away and watch the horses on the field in front of me. Thanks. Angela

  9. I don’t deserve to win.
Chester is a fabulous race course which is well known for its draw bias (i.e. winners mostly from stalls 1 to 4) because it is such a small race course and the horses are on the turn throughout as they race. That is why it is so exciting. Hope the sun shines which will make the day out special. Good Luck everyone.

  10. Last year my partner sadly passed away, it was one of our ambitions to go to the races, one of the things that we never achieved due to her quick demise, Chester is the course we planned to go to, but never did, I think that winning tickets would be a fitting tribute to her and bring back great memories of her and her zest for life.

I’m just starting my treatment for liver cancer, having had a successful op on the bowel cancer , so I would enjoy a break with a racing content, but I think perhaps the lady with the children deserves it more.

  13. hi , I would love to win the chester races tickets as I an avid racing fan and have been for a number of years!
I regularly enter competition`s via various racing site`s but have yet to be successful.
I live in chester and have been to the races several times and if I was to win I would take great placing a blog about where and how I came by the tickets, as I mentioned earlier I bet daily on the horses and have already told my friends about betting gods and they all agree you guys do a tremendous job of finding winners from such a difficult hobby.
    thanks tony

  14. It had been a while since I have been able to go racing for personal reasons and I would love to go to Chester which is the last course I went to in 2009. I love the thrill of actually being there its not the same watching on C4 so here’s hoping that I get picked, if not good luck to the winners and hope you smash the bookies.

  17. Recently I have started my own business and it is not going as well as I planned (do they ever!?) so I have put a block on me and my Mrs going out most weekends. We both love horse racing and this would be a great opportunity for us to get the kids minded and enjoy a great day of racing and put our financial worries aside!

  18. I would like to attend the meeting as horse racing has always been a part of my life and the opportunity to visit the Roodee seems to good to be true. The chance to win some money acting on the advice of experts ,as I only bet in pence, would be a real bonus.

  19. A trip to Chester would be wonderful. We would also like to revisit the town which has unique interesting features. We ( my wife and I ) are both recovering from operations and A Golden Wedding.
We regularly watch racing on TV and bet on the web (Not large stakes and usually profitable with your help). To see racing on the course would be a real treat as my wife complains about boredom (with me I fear!) and a trip out would do both of us a lot of good.

The people in the UK have an unfair advantage as they get payoffs up to 5th place where we the States get only to third place.

I would love to win the race day out as going to the races would be a thrilling experience in its self but to be able to put more than a pound on all the races would be even more of a thrill, I may need the bar money to calm the nerves and my friend who I’m slowly introducing to horse racing and taking him 2 a race course I think will do the trick along with your tips to help us along the way to make the perfect day! Thanks for the opportunity

  27. I’ve ridden and loved horses since I was a little girl even worked with point to point horses and the hunt horses for a few years but since becoming disabled I haven’t done any riding and have kept my interest by placing a few small bets. I would so love to go to the races and see the beautiful horses, soak up the sights sounds and smell of the racecourse, I can’t imagine a better way to spend a day so please pick me. Thank you and good luck.

  30. Believe it or not my hubby and I had an invite to Buck House Garden Party last week (we do a lot of charity work for the aged), but do to late illness had to postpone. Now fully recovered, a fabulous outing at Chester would more than compensate for this disappointment, and OK! we may not get to meet Her Majesty at Chester but taking money from Bet365 would be equally rewarding!

I think I deserve to win this amazing opportunity as I have only ever visited Chester once through work therefore I was never presented with the chance to explore the racecourse and the wonderful things that it has to offer. For the past 20 years, racing has been a large part of my life and i have been a consistent member throughout. To win would be a privilege, however good luck to all Betting Goods applicants.

I always promised that I would take him to Chester races (as this was one of his favorate tracks in Great Britain) for a graet meeting. Sadly my father passed away last year with a long term illness so this never happened. I would love to go and have a great day out on behalf of him and his memory.

  46. Good thinking about selecting a number for everyone and that gives every one a fair chance. Who ever wins make the most of Saturday and hope the sun is shining for the winner and sorry for what alot of people have been through over the past year or so, it truly makes you think that everyone has there own problems, some alot worse than others, and good to see you can all pull through your troubles to see a light at the end of the tunnel, things can only get better, that’s wot I always tell myself anyway, life is heaven when you have a few kids especially a 5 year old daughter who can put a smile on my face even on my worse days, she makes me giggle, anyway people GOOD LUCK and thanks for the chance to even try and win this, it’s like a 52/1 chance for us all I think. Don’t know if I can put a comment on again but hope it goes on after the winner is revealed atleast.
