January 2018: The Winners And Losers
With over 260pts of profit in December, it was going to take some doing for January to beat it and unfortunately, it didn’t. However, with January notoriously tough for tipsters we’re still incredibly impressed with the 163.37pts of profit they did manage to produce collectively.
Before we look at the winners and the losers of January 2018, I do want to point out that all of the services that we’ve included below are services which are still running. However, due to a run of poor performance, some of them are no longer accepting new members until we’re confident that they have rediscovered their past form.
It’s certainly difficult to pick out the one winner this month with so many performing decently yet no one towering above the rest. So let’s begin with the most profitable tipster in January: Chloe’s Football Focus. With just over 49pts of profit on the football with an ROI of nearly 32%, Chloe has certainly become one of the stand out football tipsters on the internet.
Next up is Rod’s Runners. After hitting a slump in September and October, a lot of people discounted him as a knowledgeable tipster… January makes it 3 consecutive months of profit which combined have pulled in a staggering 463.79pts of profit. I think we all know who’s laughing now?
Another tipster who has had a frankly unbelievable 3 months is Premier Greyhound Tips who pulled in over 46pts of profit in January alone. But that’s not the most impressive part… The 89% ROI is what’s unbelievable!
Also making it into 40pts of profit is The Racing King (formerly The Each Way King) who has adopted a new win-only approach to his betting. This has clearly paid off with just over 40pts of profit this month.
The next two tipsters on the list are the two latest additions to the Betting Gods network: Each Way Leader and Top 20 Golf Tips. What we love about these two services are the simplicity and high ROI. A 33% ROI for Top 20 Golf Tips and a 58% ROI for Each Way Leader this month says it all really. We’re excited to see what these two can achieve throughout 2018 and beyond.
Other impressive performances this month come from the likes of Max Racing Partnership who hit 34pts, Top Rated Runners who killed it with nearly 31pts and the ever-reliable The Bookies Enemy who made 30pts and ensured he’s still not had a losing month since joining Betting Gods.
Now onto the not so good news… We have to start with Pinnacle Racing Tips after a 56pts loss. What’s more frustrating is how close he has been to landing a huge treble/trixie throughout January. We’ve not lost faith in Pinnacle Racing Tips and expect to see him turning it around soon.
Robert Fraser’s Tennis Tips has also had a torrid time of it in January struggling to get any momentum. It’s only going to take a couple of average months for Robert to recover this loss and get back on track thankfully.
Surprisingly, we next have Value Racing Tips who is usually incredibly reliable. Again, we’re not worried and don’t expect this losing run to become common place. Losing months can and will always happen.
Another surprise comes in the form of Pro Footy Tips who seems to have been hit badly this month with some unlucky results. It’s only a 14pt loss however so don’t expect it to take too long for him put this loss in the past.
Several other tipsters hit a loss but in the single digits so an average month for them in February will ensure these losses are recovered quite easily.
Thankfully, January didn’t produce any horror-show performances and we’re sure we’ll see a recovery from most of these tipsters going into February.
