This three-year deal stems from the wishes of Ladbrokes, who wishes to increase their profile within the Premier League. This new-found partnership will also see ‘betting points’ be displayed around Turf Moor (Burnley’s Stadium) in front of 22,000 fans.
Burnley’s very own website will be decorated with Ladbrokes social media platform feeds, and also advertisements, with the stadium itself broadcasting advertisements on their large screen for all fans to see. Ladbrokes will also feature in the match-day programmes.
Burnley FC Commercial Director, Anthony Fairclough, added: “We are extremely excited to announce this deal with our new UK betting partner Ladbrokes.
“This will create a lot of new experiences for the fans, which will be delivered by Ladbrokes, and some exciting offers during the course of the seasons to come.
“We look forward to welcoming Ladbrokes and not only will it involve major exposure at Turf Moor, it will see a full betting service offered to the fans through the concourses, as well as their branding on the Cricket Field Stand, which was previously sponsored by David Fishwick.”
Ladbrokes have also stated that they would entertain the idea of supporting Burnley Football Club with their community work, and also their grassroots football projects for young children and the disadvantaged.
Head of PR for Ladbrokes, Jessica Bridge noted “We are very excited at Ladbrokes to be forming this dynamic partnership with Burnley FC as another enthralling Premier League season gets underway.
“It promises to be an exciting season ahead for the club and we would like to wish the manager, the players and all the fans the very best of luck.”
Burnley will host West Brom tomorrow at 15:00 UK time.
