Greyhound Racing Tips – 7th November
RacingPost Greyhound TV is live from Romford and Wimbledon tonight on sky channel 212 from 7.15pm, the show features the William Hill St Leger and RFS puppy Derby semi-finals, both competitions look very competitive with the runner looking to qualify for next Tuesday’s finals which will be live on Sky Sports.
Let’s crack on and find the winners with the Greyhound Tips for tonight!!!
The first race to highlight is the first St Leger semi at 8.10, Racenight Jenny from T3 is the worthy favourite but is little value at around Even money, the best drawn greyhound in the race is WIKI WAKI WOO on the rails in T1, she has only raced over six times over the six bend trip and shows decent enough early and clearly stays the trip well, if holding the rails from Billys Bullet around the first couple of bends and leading round its race on and the 20/1 with Bet365 could look huge each way value. Farley Chicken and King Kane will both be staying on well from wide draws and rate as dangers.
The second St leger semi see’s Roxholme Dream go from T4 and is likely to start a short priced favourite, but again I’m looking elsewhere for the value with CHICAGO from T1 at 10/3 with Corals, the Seamus Cahill trained greyhound has every chance to hold the rails early and possibly lead round in a very competitive heat where most are looking for the early lead, the first bend will be vital and the well-drawn Chicago can nip round and make all.
The RFS puppy Derby semi-finals start at 8.42 with WHO NEEDS HELP (T1) the each way selection at a general 10/1, likely to turn handy or even lead the Hove raider could be a spot of value against the favourite Lenson Sanchez from T3. Likeitalot (T4) and Kakantu (T6) will both be staying on well and looking to qualify for the final. Ballymac Brogan (T5) has a pingers chance but will need to lead round to feature. Droopys Roller (T2) did well to qualify for the semi-finals after trouble in the first round.
Final selection of the night is BUBBLY ROCKET in the 9.56 open race at Romford, the Paul Young trained greyhound is fancied to make all from T1 tonight, after three recent runs the son of Crash should be upto 100% speed now and can make all here, holding the pacey Brogan Tee Bone to the bend will make or break the race for our selection, Bishops Wood (T4) and Aayamzaone (T5) will both be looking to lead round but will need a flyers to clear the inside runners.
