Greyhound Racing Tips – 16th October

Posted October 16, 2014 | By Michael @ Betting Gods

Last week we managed to land the NAP with Droopys Tamera winning in impressive style after leading off the last bend, Beaming Impact also won well on his English début.

Moving onto the greyhound tips for today and it’s Hove and Henow live on Racing Post Greyhound TV from 7.15pm. Henlow is an all graded card that starts at 7.39 – while at Hove we have four open races in-between the graded action, they get underway at 7.31.

SANDHILL LAD can take the 7.39 A10 graded race over the standard 460 meter trip, fancied to lead and make all tonight on only his second track appearance, the son of Ace Hi-Rumble will be hard to beat if leading round, key to the race is the lack of genuine early pace on his inside, T1 is seven years old and paceless to the bend while T2 has similar splits. Smash out grab the rails and make all is the plan for our selection T3.

BALLYMAC KAYNE can take the 8.10 A9 graded race, the youngster is fancied to hold the rails early and will be very hard to beat if leading round, the recent 28.60 clock looks very good in this grade and the youngster can only improve on his third competitive run. T3 is the danger early as that rival shows decent pace into the bend so holding that rival will make or break the race. T5 could be anything on début and is worth a look in the market.

SAVANA UPERFOLDS is the NAP of the night from T2 in the 9.48 at Henlow, the youngster was running A3 grade a couple of weeks back and clocking 27.82 trials which would be top grade round here. Although his last two runs have disappointed there has been reasons behind the defeats, both times he failed to lead round but still showed decent back straight pace, fancied to lead tonight if he clocks anything like the trial times it should be all over bar the shouting at the first bend.

The selection at Hove is BEAMING IMPACT from T2 in the 8.34 open race over the sprint 285 meter distance, the selection won well for us last week and is fancied to grab the rails early with T1 Jaytee Madrid slow away, once in from he will be hard to beat, favourite Cheers Tony is a class act but can he give a start and a beating to Beaming Impact? T3 Whileyouwait is a fast greyhound but paces up rather than pings the traps, which gives the selection every chance to make all tonight.
