The PGT Free Friday selection for this week is Nans Hunter who runs from T1 in the Coral Golden Sprint trial stakes race at 8.34 over the four bend 400 meter trip. Our selection caught the eye back on the 5th February when he showed decent early gears and railed well throughout that race, since then Nans Hunter has finished down the field but he missed the break on that occasion so a line can be put through that run. Now back in T1 the Maxine Locke trained son of Scolari Me Daddy has a cracking chance of leading round and once on the bunny he will be hard to peg back.

PGT FREE FRIDAY SELECTION – NANS HUNTER – 8.34 Romford

A little later on look out for Newinn This Way who runs from T1 in the 8.50 open race over the six bend 575 metre trip. The Perry Barr raider ran with credit during the Oaks at Belle Vue and she looks one to watch tonight on her return to a six bend trip.

One worth noting in the market is Fivestar Clipper (T6) in the final race on the card at 10.40. The Derek Knight trained Hove raider has been off the track since January when he was knocked over at the fifth bend when competing in the Coral Coronation Cup semi final over course and distance, with a couple of trials at home track Hove under his belt Clipper should be spot on for this and he will prove hard to beat tonight.

Saturday – Crayford and Newcastle live on Racing Post Greyhound Tv

As ever on a Saturday evening the RPGTV camera’s move onto Crayford and Newcastle for competitive graded action. The feature races from Crayford are the Lawrence brothers intertrack races at 9.56 and 10.26 over the six bend 540 metre trip. One that appeals on the draw is Hugo The Boss who runs from T6 in the 9.56, the Dean Childs trained wide seed looks very well drawn as the solo-seeded greyhound in the race and he should go close with a level break.

Sunday – Henlow live on Racing Post Greyhound TV

The final show of the week is Henlow on Sunday evening, the show gets underway at 6.15pm with the first live race at 6.30pm.

Westmead Becky looks an interesting runner in the Henlow stayers open race at 9.15. The September 13 daughter of Westmead Logan stayed on well over the 550 metre trip last time out and she is sure to appreciate this step up in trip. As ever the price offered on Sunday afternoon will determine whether Becky is worth supporting in the market.
