Free Premier League Tips For 16-17 March
Saturday’s Premier League fixture list may not be a full program, due to the FA Cup quarter-finals also taking place this weekend, but it does provide some teams with a chance to grab some valuable points.
Liverpool will be looking to go back to the top of the Premier League Table with a victory over Fulham, whilst Chelsea could put themselves right in the mix for a Champion League spot for next season with a win at Everton.
At the other end of the table, if they can beat Leicester, Burnley could also put some distance between themselves and Southampton and Cardiff, with neither of their fellow relegation battlers in action this weekend.

Burnley vs Leicester (Saturday 3.00)
Brendan Rogers secured his first victory as the new manager of Leicester last week against Fulham, but he now has the task of improving his team’s away form. Leicester have lost three of their last four games on their travels against Watford, Tottenham, and West Ham, but did manage a draw at Anfield against Liverpool in the middle of those results. But, as they’re stuck in the middle of the table, the Leicester players have little to play for apart from pride and a place in their new manager’s future plans.
It’s a different scenario for the Burnley players, with Burnley sitting precariously in seventeenth place in the Premier League table and having just eight games to avoid the dreaded drop. They can extend their current two-point cushion over eighteenth-place Cardiff to five-points with a win here, and pull three points ahead of Southampton, which provides obvious motivation.
Burnley have lost their last three matches, including a home defeat to Crystal Palace, but they had beaten Tottenham and Fulham and drawn against Southampton in their three previous home games. Burnley also won this fixture last season, whilst a draw at Leicester earlier this season suggests Burnley have little to fear.
The bookies have made Leicester favourites to win at Town Moor but, with Burnley having the better of their recent head-to-heads and having more to play for, a win for Burnley looks the value bet.

Fulham vs Liverpool (Sunday 2.15)
Fulham probably need to win seven of their last eight games of the season to avoid relegation and, as they’ve only won four matches all season, they’ll surely be playing in The Championship next year.
It is possible that the Fulham players hoping to leave in the summer will find some form, as they look to use the last few matches as a shop window to tempt other clubs to buy them, but it’s still difficult to see them troubling Liverpool even under new manager Scott Parker.
Fulham’s defeat by Leicester last week also made it six straight defeats in a row, whilst fellow top-six sides Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Tottenham have all left Craven Cottage with three points this season.
Worse news for Fulham is that Liverpool have found their scoring boots recently, scoring three against Bayern Munich, four against Burnley, and five against Watford. That means odds-against for more than 3.5 goals could be the way to go with Fulham also scoring in both their matches under Parker.

Everton vs Chelsea (Sunday 4.30)
Everton have won just four points from their last five home games, with a win over Bournemouth and a hard-fought 0-0 draw with Liverpool overshadowed by defeats by Manchester City, Wolves, and Leicester. Everton also failed to score in three of those matches.
Chelsea will arrive at Goodison Park having won their last three away matches, but they were against Dynamo Kiev, Fulham, and Malmo.
Perhaps the last two matches between the two sides will shed some more light on what type of result we can expect, and both last year’s corresponding fixture and this season’s match at Stamford Bridge have ended 0-0.
That makes odds of around 10/1 about a third straight goalless draw look very tempting. However, backing no in the both teams to score market could prove a better bet and anything at even-money or better looks cracking value.
