Lots of Betting Gods Members enjoyed a brilliant day out at Nottingham Racecourse last month, and even more members emailed into say they’d enjoyed a memorable afternoon there (or at home) yesterday – thanks to some great tips from Tim from Big Race Bookie Busters on a day when Betting Gods sponsored 5 of the 7 races.
Race 1 was the bettinggods.com Free Racing Tips EBF Maiden Stakes, and Tim’s each-way tip for this difficult looking 2-year-old race finished second at 8/1, meaning members got off to a winning start. However, Tim was kicking himself afterwards, as he’d also mentioned that Tom Eaves was an interesting booking for the 16/1 winner.
Race 2 was the bettinggods.com Betting Tipsters Handicap, and Tim couldn’t see past the short-priced favourite Incus here, which duly obliged at 5/4. However, it wasn’t quite as easy as I just made it sound as the favourite won by a neck from the gamble of the race Spiritofthemintoul.
Race 3 was the bettinggods.com Horse Racing Tips Handicap, and Tim highlighted the chances of Sitar, who was returning to the scene of his previous best performance, and his inform trainer had applied headgear for the first time. However, it looked like the money was going to be left in the bookies’ satchels as Sitar missed the break, but he still had enough in hand to land odds of 5/1.
Race 4 was the Merlin Inflatables UK Handicap, and Tim suggested an each-way bet on Elysian Flyer. However, he finished just out of the frame in fourth place.
Race 5 was the Lexus Nottingham Maiden Fillies’ Stakes, and was the real heartbreaker of the day. Tim’s tip Kitty Boo was well-backed beforehand, but a troubled passage in which he got knocked sideways at one point saw him just fail to catch the shock 50/1 winner Best Of My Love.
Race 6 was the bettinggods.com Professional Tipsters Handicap and, though Tim’s tip Time To Sea never looked like winning, it looked unlucky not to be placed as it failed to get a clear run until the front two had flown, just failing to reward each-way support as he finished fourth by a neck.
Race 7 was the bettinggods.com Free Horse Racing Tips Handicap, and it looked like a fun day was going to end on a quiet-note as Tim’s nap of the day was a non-runner. However, he had recommended a saver on the unexposed Incredible Dream, who duly landed odds of 16/1 with a withering late-run.
If you loved all the hard-work Tim put into his selection process, then why not take a trial of Big Race Bookie Busters – who has made a profit (at time of writing) of over £5,700 for members since joining Betting Gods in November 2014.
