There are just 8 games to go in the Premier League, and the title looks to be a straight shootout between Leicester and Spurs unless their wheels fall off big-style. Meanwhile, the likes of West Ham still have a genuine chance of playing in next year’s Champions League, and the battle for relegation is as tight as ever. We’ve got tips for Everton vs Arsenal, Chelsea v West Ham, Crystal Palace vs Leicester, and Newcastle vs Sunderland.
Everton vs Arsenal (Saturday 12.45)
The promise of Arsenal’s season has quickly disappeared with their exits from both the FA Cup and the Champion League, and all they’ve got left to play for is a spot in next year’s Champions League. A victory over Everton here would be a great result though, especially as their recent form leaves plenty to be desired. Everton on the other hand look to have a great chance of winning the FA Cup, and players will be keen to show their form to make sure they’re in the team that has a chance of getting to Wembley. The last 3 renewals have produced two draws and an Everton win, and that looks the value bet.

Chelsea vs West Ham (Saturday 3pm)
Chelsea’s season also came to an abrupt end with exits from the Champions League and FA Cup and, as they’ve no chance of reaching a Champions League spot, they may be seriously lacking in motivation over the last few matches of the season. West Ham on the other hand have a genuine chance of playing in next year’s Champions League, especially as they’ve won their last 3 games, and have beaten plenty of teams on their travels this season, and the price for a West Ham victory looks too big.
West Ham @ 17/4 (Bet365, Betvictor)
Crystal Palace vs Leicester (Saturday 3pm)
After 5 straight home defeats, Crystal Palace are in danger of getting dragged into the relegation battle if they don’t pick-up a few points quickly, but Leicester wouldn’t be the first choice side against which to stop the rot. Palace fans will point to the fact they did the double over Leicester last season, but Leicester have won three and drawn one of their last 4 games and 6/4 for them to win here looks more than fair.
Leicester @ 6/4
Newcastle vs Sunderland (Sunday 1.30pm)
Win, lose or draw, the case is crystal clear why Sunderland should be backed. Not only have they won the last six games between the two sides, they’ve also lost just one of their last five, whilst Newcastle have lost their last four.
Sunderland @ 14/5 (Bet365)
