Every month at Betting Gods, we analyse the performances of each and every one of our tipsters openly. There’s no point in hiding poor performances or sugar-coating anything. With 2018 now behind us, we wanted to analyse the performances of every current tipster in 2018 to see how they got on and, thankfully, the findings are positive with all but 1 tipster ending with a profit.
We’ll start at the top of the table where The Football Guru sits. With 255pts profit in 2018, averaging out to 21pts profit per month, it was certainly an impressive showing from The Football Guru in 2018. With a 10.5% return on investment, The Football Guru has easily beating average returns on traditional investments.
The US Sports Capper takes 2nd spot in terms of profit with 209pts profit. What’s impressive is that the service only went live in September. Let’s see if he can keep that average monthly profit up in 2019.
Each Way Leader has proven to be one of the most popular horse racing tipsters in 2018 and for good reason. With simple 1pt level each way tips and a selective approach, Jim who runs the service was able to produce 189pts profit in 2018. That figure alone is impressive. But it’s the ROI where he really has shone… With a return on investment of close to 30%, Jim has shown just how profitable horse racing can be as an investment.
Quentin Franks Racing had a shaking start to 2018, struggling to find a decent winning run for the first 4 months of the year. But from May onwards, Quentin hit 8 consecutively profitable months to end the year on nearly 180pts profit.
Betting on the cricket might appear to be a bit niche, but Cricket Betting Tipster proved it can also be profitable with 177pts profit in 2018 since March. Oh… And the ROI is a hugely respectable 23% too!
Top NHL Betting Tips, The Bookies Enemy, Flat Racing Master and Premier Greyhound Tips were the final four tipster to all make over 100pts profit each in 2018 so it’s only fair that they are also placed in the winners of 2018.
We have to start with the only unfortunate tipster to have lost money in 2018: Top 20 Golf Tips. With 2.77pts lost in 2018, it certainly wasn’t a great year for the tipster. Having said that, 2.77pts is far from disaster. Having made 670pts with Betting Gods in total, we’re not doubting the tipster’s knowledge on the golf.
The BSP Tipster and Max Racing Partnership both struggled in 2018. They did end the year with a profit, albeit a small one and I fully appreciate that after sub subscription fees that profit would have been wiped out. It’s why I have to fairly place The BSP Tipster and Max Racing Partnership in the losers of 2018.
The Overall Picture
2,144pts profit in 2018. Now that is impressive even if I do say so myself. Obviously we’d love to see our tipsters grow this further in 2019 and we’re hoping as their knowledge and experience increases, their profits will too. Here’s how each current tipster performed:
